Our Facility

Howlers Dog Sports is a private facility located on 86-acres in gorgeous Grey County allowing for local K9 enthusiasts and clients to enjoy their dog sports without driving for hours. The facility was developed by long-time breeders and owner handlers Maura Reilly and Stephen Olschewski under the Gatehouse prefix.

Policies

 

All dogs are to be leashed at all times unless instructed otherwise

Family and children are welcome to view training sessions

-

No video or audio recordings are allowed anywhere on the property during training classes

-

Absolutely no street shoes on mats - there are no exceptions

-

No nose to nose contact
between dogs

Procedures

 

We have multiple outside kennels for exercising your dog in addition to some excellent trails

No makeup classes

-

In the case of extreme weather, management reserves the right to cancel classes at their discretion for the protection of all participants. A makeup date will be added to the end of your session.

Etiquette

 

Children must not be disruptive to the class, running or yelling

We have zero-tolerance for harsh corrections, disciplining or behaviour towards dogs

We have zero-tolerance for foul language

-

We have zero-tolerance for inappropriate comments regarding sexual orientation, colour or ethnicity

The speed limit is 10 km/hr on the
property at all times

Covid-19 Protocols

We ask that all persons who wish to visit Howlers Dog Sports be double-vaccinated.   

 

We follow guidance as set by the Ministry of Health and Public Health Grey/Bruce.
